The Company provides investment plans in accordance with the terms, conditions, and applicable policies displayed on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable plan details before making any investment.
The Company is committed to maintaining a secure and reliable platform and follows reasonable security measures to protect user accounts and transactions.
Eligible ROI will be calculated according to the selected investment plan and credited to the user’s account every Monday at 12:00 AM, subject to the applicable plan terms.
Eligible withdrawal amounts will be processed automatically and transferred to the user’s registered bank account before 06:00 PM every Monday, subject to successful verification, banking processes, and applicable terms.
The Company will not deduct TDS from the withdrawal amount at the time of withdrawal, subject to applicable tax laws and regulations. Users remain responsible for fulfilling any personal tax obligations applicable to their income or investment returns.
There is no minimum withdrawal requirement, unless otherwise specifically stated for a particular investment plan or service.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity carried out through a user’s account may be treated as authorized by that user.
The Company reserves the right to conduct account verification, transaction checks, and compliance procedures where required by applicable laws, regulations, or internal security policies.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes may be published on the platform, and continued use of the services after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where there is suspected fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or any applicable legal or regulatory requirement.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including banking delays, payment gateway issues, technical failures, network interruptions, or force majeure events.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as applicable.
